Visit Asilah

Welcome to Visit Asilah. By booking any service or activity through our website, social media, or by direct communication, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both you, the client, and us as your service provider.
1. About Us
Visit Asilah is a tourism and cultural service operated under Morocco’s autoentrepreneur legal status, registered by Mohammad Reda.
Our office is located in Dar Al Khattat, Medina of Asilah, Morocco.
2. Booking & Payment
You can book a service via our contact form, email, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Payment options include bank transfer, cash in person, or online card payment via PayPal.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the activity or can be paid in full in advance.
After the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice attached.
3. Pricing
Prices are stated on each service page or communicated during booking.
Sharing a quad between two people includes an extra fee of €5.
Group discounts apply automatically for bookings of 6 or more people.
For some services, children under 10 receive a 50% discount.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any confirmed booking will honor the agreed price.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your activity 24 hours or more in advance to receive a full refund.
Deposits of more than €10 are refundable if canceled more than 24h before.
No refunds are granted for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
If Visit Asilah cancels the activity due to weather, safety issues, or availability, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.
5. Participation & Responsibility
Certain activities (e.g., hiking, surfing, quad biking) require a minimum level of fitness or basic ability (see individual activity descriptions).
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by their guide, companion, or instructor.
We provide necessary safety equipment for all activities (helmets, wetsuits, etc.).
Each participant is responsible for their own safety. Before participating, clients are required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging this.
Visit Asilah does not currently provide insurance, and we advise all participants to have their own travel or accident coverage.
6. Group Size & Private Bookings
Maximum group sizes:
Hiking & Quad tours: 8 people
Cooking classes: 6 people
Calligraphy classes: 4 people
Custom and private experiences are available upon request. Some may include custom pricing depending on the service.
7. Intellectual Property & Media
All content on this website, including text, images, and artwork, is the property of Visit Asilah and may not be used without permission.
During some experiences, photos or videos may be taken. We ask for your consent in advance, and may use this content for:
Sharing directly with clients
Posting on our social media or website for promotional purposes
8. Data & Privacy
We respect your privacy. For details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy (linked).
9. Policy Updates
Visit Asilah reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply only to future bookings.
